PlabIQ provides AI-powered compliance analysis for product labels intended for sale on Amazon marketplaces, including:

• Label Scanning: Upload and analyze product label images
• Compliance Checking: Automated validation against FDA, CPSC, and EU regulations
• Multi-Market Support: Analysis for USA, UK, and Germany marketplaces
• Category-Specific Rules: Specialized checks for Toys, Baby Products, and Cosmetics/Personal Care
• Team Collaboration: Share results and collaborate with team members (Deluxe and One-Time plans)
• Report Generation: Detailed compliance reports with actionable recommendations

3.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance for Deluxe plans
• One-Time Use purchases are charged immediately upon purchase
• We use Stripe for secure payment processing
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your Deluxe subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused scans
• One-Time Use purchases are non-refundable after the scan is completed
• We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that violates any law or infringes on others' rights
• Use the Service to scan labels for illegal or counterfeit products
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI algorithms
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

5.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, AI models, and technology, is owned by PlabIQ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

• You retain all rights to the product label images you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process and analyze your uploaded content
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service
• You represent that you have the right to upload and share your content

5.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

6.1 No Warranty

• We do not guarantee that our analysis is error-free or complete
• Compliance requirements change frequently; you are responsible for verifying current regulations
• Our Service should supplement, not replace, professional legal and regulatory advice
• We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLABIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Product recalls or regulatory penalties
• Damage to reputation or goodwill
• Loss of data or information
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Abusive behavior toward our team or other users
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect our Service or users

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after termination, subject to our data retention policies.

• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
